How do I know what condition each item is in?

Our condition key is as follows:

NEW: Brand new item. A factory seal will be present if the item was originally sealed.

CIB (Complete in Box): Pre-owned item in its original packaging, a manual will be present if it was originally included. Please note that other inserts are not guaranteed to be presented.

Boxed: Pre-owned item in its original packaging or box, however a manual is NOT present.

Loose: Pre-owned item without original packaging or manual, includes only the game itself.
